How exciting to have someone leave their comments on my blog. When there are no comments left it makes you wonder if your efforts are at all worth it.
Thank you to Graziano from Italy! I am glad you have found my blog interesting.
So here is my update. The close male friend from my local gym is still a friend and I find he has returned to his former love, even though he complains about her. He just doesn't know how to end his relationship and keep it that way. Ah well, he is only making life difficult for himself. As for me I am not interested in entertaining his complaints about his love life. I will always chat with him but his chance with me for now is gone and I am happily meeting new people and enjoying my life to the fullest.
I would really love to hear from allmy readers. Your feedback is very valuable and I believe part of life lessons is to share ones experiences and opinions. So if you read please leave a comment.

Close Male Friendships
I don't know whats worse being single looking for love or on the fringe of a potential relationship and waiting for the prospective partner to ask you out on a proper date.
I just figure that if he really likes me he will ask me out eventually, if not I know I have a closer friendship with him which is strictly platonic. So I guess either way I win.
The thing is though I do like the way he treats me. He always buys me drinks when we are out and always invites me for coffee back at his place, although he has never expected me to stay for you know more then coffee. He also pays me nice compliments. I think we get along really well and could talk for hours about anything and everything. Oh and we have similiar interests.
Patience patience patience........what ever will be will be.

Cuppa?
I have an admirer from my local gym who recently turned up at a local pub to help me celebrate my birthday ( I should make it clear he was invited). This man is someone who I have always considered to be a nice person and I am attracted to him but the age difference is a bit of a worry. He is approximately ten years my senior .
Now here is my quarry when is a cuppa a cuppa or when is a cuppa more then just a cuppa? He asked me on the night via text message which I didn't read until Sunday morning and so nothing eventuated here. He then texts me Sunday night for 'a cuppa' but in the end I rang him up just for a chin wag and declared myself knackered from all my outings so therefore too tired for a cuppa.
Do men ask for a cuppa or coffee when the really do want just company and if any extras get thrown in its a bonus or is a cuppa a drink that never gets drunk followed by a definite shag?
Please give me your opinion!

Introduction
Let me introduce myself......
I am nearly 37 and a single mother of two. When I separated I did a lot of soul searching. I now look at my divorce as a god send and I am definitely enjoying life more now then ever. For this alone I am grateful today for being a divorced single mother of two with my whole life ahead of me.
So I would like to share my ideas, thoughts and experiences with you and in return would love hear your stories.

Saturday Night - Girls Night Out
I ventured out last night to bid farewell to my neighbour who is moving north. It was not a big night for me by any means just a couple of drinks conversation and listening to the band. I also took to do a little people watching and listening and I am always amazed how people can contradict their own words with their actions.
One female member of this party (during our one on one conversation ), declared on several occasions how happy she was with her partner. Her partner is fantastic, fabulous he could do no wrong, in fact evething was so perfect I was feeling a bit giddy myself.
This female member for the evening became very friendly with a complete stranger, such things as sitting on his lap, putting her arma around him and declaring herself 'smashed'. Now if this was not an invitation for this guy to take advantage of her I don't know what is.
Now I ask this question 'Where does being unfaithful or disrespectful to your partner begin?'
My thoughts on this whole situation is if her partner was actually there, there is no way she would even behaving the way she did. Some may call this harmless flirting but ultimately I think it is disrespectful to the absent partner. But alas I have seen him in action on his own as well so there just maybe an agreement between these two. Each to their own I guess!
